Meet Milo- Certified Therapy Dog
A Gentle, Comforting Presence in the Therapy Room

Milo is a 2.5-year-old Havanese–Bichon mix who can join sessions to offer warmth, calm, and connection. Milo is a therapy dog and has been certified with me as part of a therapy team. He is hypoallergenic, small, and friendly — a perfect companion for those who appreciate a calm, steady presence.
Milo’s Personality
Gentle, intuitive, and friendly, Milo brings a soft energy that helps many people feel more at ease during therapy sessions. Milo enjoys getting to know people at his own pace. He often likes to say hello, receive a treat or two, and then settle quietly nearby, offering comfort and quiet companionship throughout the session.
Milo’s Availability
Milo can be present in session upon request, depending on scheduling availability. If you’d like Milo to join your session, please inquire at least one week in advance of your upcoming appointment via email or text.
The Benefits of a Therapy Dog in Session
Research shows that animals in therapy can help reduce anxiety, lower stress levels, and foster a sense of safety and connection. For many people, the presence of a therapy dog encourages relaxation and openness, supporting emotional regulation and comfort during difficult moments.
