Types of Therapy offered
Move from Overwhelmed to Overcoming.

EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps your brain process what’s been stuck—so you can feel lighter, calmer, and more in control. It’s a focused, effective approach for trauma, stress, and old patterns that won’t budge. Shift what’s holding you back and make space for healing that lasts.

ADHD Assessment
Get answers and a path forward. My adult ADHD assessments are trauma informed and cut through the noise to help you understand your strengths, challenges, and what’s actually getting in the way. Practical, validating, and grounded in evidence—so you can move toward support that fits.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Spot the patterns holding you back. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours connect — and gives you practical tools to feel more in control and balanced.

Attachment Therapy
Connections shape us. Attachment-based therapy helps you understand your relationship patterns, strengthen bonds, and heal old wounds to feel safer and more secure in your relationships.

Narrative Therapy
Your story matters. Narrative therapy helps you explore, re-frame, and reclaim the story of your life, highlighting strengths and possibilities that may have been overlooked.

Focus on what works. Solution-focused therapy helps you set clear goals, tap into your resources, and take practical steps toward meaningful change — without getting stuck in problems.

Walking Therapy – Coming Soon
Step outside and shift your perspective! Walking therapy blends meaningful conversation with the grounding, mood-boosting benefits of movement and nature. It’s therapy that feels lighter, clearer, and more connected.
Launching Spring/Summer 2026 — stay tuned.

Meet Milo
Milo is my certified therapy team partner. He is a Havanese–Bichon cross, hypoallergenic, and has a calm and friendly disposition. Milo enjoys getting to know people at his own pace. He often likes to say hello and then settle quietly nearby, offering comfort and quiet companionship throughout the session. Clients often find that having an animal in the room helps to soften stress and ease the nervous system.
